How the Machine Works

• Microbial Protection: Velcorin is an antimicrobial agent that kills spoilage yeast, bacteria, and molds. Once inside the drink, it rapidly breaks down into harmless, microscopic amounts of methanol and carbon dioxide.
• The Necessity of the Machine: Concentrated Velcorin has unique physical properties—it is hydrophobic and solidifies at 17°C (63°F). Because it does not mix easily, it cannot simply be dumped into a tank. The DT 13 Touch is specifically engineered to control the chemical's temperature and atomize/disperse it evenly into the beverage flow.
